貯藏：置乾燥處，防蛀藥材炮製: 洗淨，潤透，切薄片，乾燥; 或洗淨，乾燥，打碎。

功用主治：行氣解鬱，涼血破瘀。治胸腹脅肋諸痛，失心癲狂，熱病神昏，吐血，衄血，尿血，血淋，婦女倒經，黃疸。

Functions and Indications: Promotes the circulation of qi and relieves depression, cools the blood and dissolves blood stasis. Used to treat various pains in the chest, abdomen, and ribs, mental disorders and delirium, heat-related coma, vomiting blood, nasal bleeding, hematuria, blood in urine, menstrual irregularities in women, and jaundice.

用法用量: 煎湯，7.5~15克; 磨汁或入丸、散。

Usage and Dosage: Decoction, 7.5~15 grams; grind into juice or make into pills or powder.

宜忌：陰虛失血及無氣滯血瘀者忌服，孕婦慎服。

Contraindications: Avoid use in cases of yin deficiency with blood loss and in those without qi stagnation and blood stasis. Pregnant women should use with caution.
