性味：味辛，性溫。

Properties and Taste: Pungent in taste, warm in nature.
歸經：脾經、胃經、腎經。

Channels entered: Spleen channel, Stomach channel, Kidney channel.
食用方法：搭配豬肚、雞肉、排骨等煲湯食用。

Usage: Can be used in soups with pork tripe, chicken, or ribs.
藥用方法：3~6克，入煎劑宜後下。

Medicinal use: 3–6 grams, should be added later when preparing decoctions.
禁忌：陰虛血燥、火熱內熾者慎用，不宜與維生素C同用。
