玫瑰花Rose

The dried flowers are slightly hemispherical or irregularly shaped, 1.5 to 2 cm in diameter. The petals are densely packed, short, and round, with a vibrant purple-red color. A yellow stamen lies in the center, and a green calyx, split into five lobes at the tip, is located below. A swollen, spherical receptacle is located at the bottom. The texture is light and brittle. The aroma is rich and slightly bitter. Preferred flowers are large, thick, bright purple, and have a strong aroma.

Functions and Indications: Regulates Qi and relieves depression; harmonizes blood and regulates menstruation. Treats liver qi stagnation-induced chest fullness and tightness, abdominal and flank pain, breast swelling, irregular menstruation, dysentery, diarrhea, leucorrhea, injuries, and carbuncles.
用法用量內服：溫飲30-60g。
