Chinese Medicine Name: Bupleurum

別稱：地燻、茈胡、山菜

Other names: Dìxūn, Cìhú, Shāncài

性味：味辛、苦，性微寒

Properties and Flavor: Pungent and bitter in taste, slightly cold in nature

歸經：歸肝、膽、肺經

Meridian Tropism: Enters the liver, gallbladder, and lung meridians

主治：肝鬱氣滯，胸肋脹痛，脫肛，子宮脫落，月經不調。

Indications: Liver Qi stagnation, distention and pain in the chest and ribs, rectal prolapse, uterine prolapse, irregular menstruation.

用法用量：煎服，3～10克

Usage and Dosage: Decoction, 3–10 grams

貯藏：陰涼乾燥處，防霉，防蛀

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place; protect from mold and insects.
