杭白菊Chrysanthemum

White chrysanthemum is a perennial herb, 50 to 140 cm tall, densely covered with white hairs. The stem base is slightly woody, purplish-red, and the young branches are slightly ridged. The leaves are alternate, ovate or ovate-lanceolate, 3.5 to 5 cm long and 3 to 4 cm wide.

Functions: Dispels wind-heat, soothes the liver and improves eyesight, and clears heat and detoxifies. Yellow chrysanthemum is more effective in dispersing heat, while white chrysanthemum also nourishes the liver and spleen. It is commonly used for exogenous wind-heat or the initial onset of a fever, as well as for symptoms such as hyperactivity of liver yang, liver-fire eye problems, and sores, swelling, and toxicity.

沖泡方法:

Brewing method:
1.取胎菊3-4朵左右,放進放入400ml左右玻璃杯中;

2.加開水(100度)約7、8分滿,蓋上蓋子,浸泡3-5分鐘,即可趁熱飲用;
