白茅根Imperata Root

Baimaggen (Imperata root) has effects such as cooling the blood to stop bleeding, clearing heat and promoting urination, generating fluids to quench thirst, detoxifying and relieving rashes, and protecting the liver and promoting bile flow. It is mainly used to treat conditions such as bleeding due to excessive heat in the blood, vomiting blood, nosebleeds, hematuria, fever with thirst, damp-heat jaundice, edema with reduced urination, and painful, urgent urination caused by heat.
